Tributes pour in as the creator of the most famous and loved superheroes, Stan Lee dies on Monday at the age of 95.
Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Mark ruffalo, were among the stars to pay tribute on social media. Evans wrote on Twitter, “There will never be another Stan Lee. For decades he provided both young and old with adventure, escape, comfort, confidence, inspiration, strength, friendship and joy. He exuded love and kindness and will leave an indelible mark on so, so, so many lives. Excelsior!”
The iron man star took to Instagram to express his feelings. Alongside a picture of him and Lee, Downey Jr wrote, “I owe it all to you,,, Rest in Peace Stan.” Ryan Reynolds took to twitter stating, “Damn…RIP Stan. Thanks for everything”
Benedict Cumberbatch, star of Dr. Strange franchise also expressed his disheartened state. Hugh Jackman, known for playing wolverine, one of Stan’s iconic heroes also took to twitter.
Stan lee continued to dominate pop culture and will remain with us and generations to come through his creations and the world he gifted to us, one where good always won over the evil and superheroes always got a way out of everything. His work will live on forever.
