After the fifth cutoff list released by Delhi University.Around 64,000 seats has already been filled. The University will soon release a special drive to fill the remaining ones.

Last year, DU had released 10 cutoff lists and even conducted a special drive to fill the seats in the reserved category.Though this year there has already been five lists.

The principal of Hindu College, North campus stated that many seats remain to filled in the general category. Thus, special drive won’t help they are planning on releasing the sixth cutoff.

According to a south campus principal there are still few general seats that are yet to be filled so a special drive would not help. “Special drives are usually for reserved category seats. The university has to think of the general seats as well. The college session has started so the decision should be taken soon.”

The colleges as well the University will update the students soon.
