All you need to know about the application process for DU admissions 2019

The admission process of DU is being postponed time and again. Everyone was expecting the admission process for UG courses of DU to start from 24th May. However, the application process has been postponed to a further date, which remains undeclared.

We have summed up all the information which will help you through the application process.

How to register

Step 1 – Visit University’s website.

Step 2 – Click on ‘New application signup’.

Step 3 – You will be directed through multiple steps. Create the new user account following the steps.

Steps 4 – Click on ‘New Registration’.

Step 5 – Fill in all the fields.

Step 6 – Click on ‘Register’ to complete the registration process.

Step 7 – Open your email id. You will receive an email, in order to confirm your registration.

How to fill the Application Form

Step 1 – Login to your account. Click on ‘DU Application Form 2019’.

Step 2 – Enter your personal as well as your academic details.

Step 3 – Select the course. Also select its admission procedure – merit/entrance based.

Step 4 – If you are eligible, select the Sports or the ECA quota.

Step 5 – Upload the necessary documents (including your photograph and signature).

Step 6 – Pay the application fees.

Step 7 – Download the application form.

Step 8 – Take a printout of the application form for use in future.

Documents required

1 – A recent coloured passport sized photo. (Dimensions- 5mm x 5mm).

2 – Scanned copy of your signature.

3 – Class 10th Marksheet.

4 – Class 12th Marksheet (self-attested). If you do not have the Board generated marksheet, the web-generated copy of the marksheet would also work.

5 – SC/ST/OBC/KM/PWC/CW certificate, if applicable.
