Four Kashmiri youth were arrested by the Gurugram Police under the allegation of using a fake Delhi University letterhead and also for forging the signature of the newly elected DUSU president Ankiv Baisoya.

DUSU president, Ankiv Baisoya, has completely called the letterhead as fake and denied any sort of involvement in the matter.

The accused claimed rehabilitation of the people belonging to terror-stricken areas of the state of J&K, was the reason for collection of the funds.

One of the accused Aamir, a second-year student explained to the police how and why they carried out such an illegal activity.

The in-charge of sector 4 police post, Mohan Singh cited the matter to be utmost sensitive and possible presence of many such links and gangs operating in the national capital.
